Our clients consist of law firms (both plaintiff and defense), Insurance Companies, and Corporations. This privacy policy explains what type of records or documentation we collect for our clients in addition to the security measures we take to ensure the security of all information. The terms “you” and “your” refer to any visitor on our website whether you are a current client or a casual visitor. We encourage all visitors to our site to read through this privacy policy thoroughly so are completely aware how Advita may use the information that you provide to us. Advita uses cookies temporarily for that session only. Once the browser is closed, regardless if the user has been signed out, the session holding the cookie will be destroyed and log out the user on its own.

Advita may collect and log any personal information provided by you, the website user. We ask for personal information in one area of our website, which is on our Contact Form.

The information we request when an inquiry is submitted on the Contact Form is “First Name”, “Last Name”, “Email”, “State”, “Service you are inquiring about”, “How can we help you…”.

The purpose of collecting this information is simply to help Advita understand your needs and the best way to get in contact with you, as well as understanding the business relationship that you have with Advita.

Advita sets a very high standard for protecting all information and documentation collected for our clients. We have the physical, network, and process security measures in place and follow them precisely to ensure HIPAA Compliance.

The purpose of Advita collecting documentation or information on any one person or entity is by direct request of our client. The information collected is only shared directly with the client whom requested the documentation. We store all information and documentation in-house and on a secure, online portal to which only the client has access to. The credentials for the portal are only shared between Advita and the client and is not shared or dispersed among unauthorized personnel. This security process is the same regardless if the individual our client serves is a minor or of legal age.

Our privacy policy is continuously updated as the rules and regulations of HIPAA Compliance are updated to ensure the highest level of security.

Advita’s website contains links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by Advita. Some sites included on Advita’s webpage include social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) and sites of events hosted by legal organizations. Please review and understand each sites Privacy Policy before continuing to ensure proper use of personal information collected by those sites.

INFORMATION FROM THIRD-PARTY


Any information shared with Advita through our website is not shared or sold to third-party companies. We may obtain contact lists from outside sources to reach out to regarding our services. Those contacts are not entered into our database.
